[application method]

   1、Anti oil fingerprint solution preparation: with suitable solvent dilution use, it is recommended dilution ratio for the 0.1~1% (mass ratio), it is recommended to use the diluent (solvent) include:

        In 3M - HFE-7200, HFE-7100, and Fluorinert FC-77 fluoride solution;

        Hydrofluoroether series all - Sikang chemical: F-8632, F-8605, F-8608, F-8603, and F-8610;

        In Solvay Solexis HT-110 -;

    In - perfluoroparaffin, such as perfluorohexane, perfluoroheptane, perfluoroetane etc.

         This product (F-1090) with thinner diluted to 0.1-1% (mass ratio) solution spare, with a good solution should be sealed, avoid contact with air for a long time, to prevent damp, and low temperature preservation; the other prepared solution should be used as soon as possible.

  2、The use of methods:

        To be substrate (material) by ultrasonic (or plasma) makes the substrate surface cleaning, drying, no ups and downs of the fly ash, free of oil, grease and other contaminants.

        With good anti oil fingerprint solution used as coating, spraying or immersion method to deal with the surface of the substrate, and give enough curing time (dried at room temperature for more than 10 hours curing), or in room temperature standing for a few minutes, to 120 150 DEG C oven curing 30min; or according to the enterprise self confirm optimal curing scheme. Or use the product through the PVD coating to the substrate surface.

        All - to be cured by ultrasonic cleaning off the substrate anti fingerprint oil or excess impurities, or with a clean cloth and wipe off any excess product.
