, a bottom surface protection agent
Bottom protective agent is generally used in non aqueous dispersion resin and moisture curing polyurethane resin with a zhuang. According to the need to add a body of paint, anti foam agent, dispersing agent, anti settling agent, thickening agent, etc..
1, water dispersible resin type should be used by the base material of acrylic acid, ethylene and styrene and vinyl acetate monomer polymer or copolymer dispersed in mineral oil and other non aqueous dispersion medium. Here the non aqueous dispersion medium high burning point, low toxicity, convenient construction.

1, accelerated efflorescence test
With 5% sodium sulfate solution on the surface of granite protective treatment accelerated efflorescence test. The results show that the surface of the stone is not frost free, and it does not change color.
2, adhesion test
In granite door processing surface is coated with mortar, maintenance for 21 days and in the mortar surface with epoxy resin bonded steel formwork, placed 2h, adhesion was measured using a tensile testing machine. The results show that the adhesion is strong, reaching 7kg/cm.
3, and the sealing material adhesion test
In granite door processing surface is coated with sealing material, drying, and then on the sealing surface coating with epoxy resin bonded steel template. After 2H with tensile testing machine adhesion was measured. The results show that the adhesion of the sealing material is stronger, reaching 5kg/cm.
4, construction of evaluation
